“you have always guided me in the right direction with my children.
Dear Amy – This is just a little something to show my appreciation for, once again, helping me during a challenging time. I got you a compass because you have always guided me in the right direction with my children. It started ten years ago with Kevin and now continues with Kayla.
In all of your life I don’t think you will ever know how much you mean to me. I have always admired you for your success, intelligence, and your courage to be candid in the most respectful and caring way.
You have made me a better mother and a better person. All the years of Kevin’s struggles, I would not have gotten through it without your guidance. You have made so much progress with Kayla and she just adores you. You have become more than a therapist to us – you have become my friend.
Thank you for all of your help the past few weeks with Kayla. You were the first person I contacted and the one I knew would, once again, guide me in the right direction. I can never thank you enough.~ CM
“You have changed my family forever and there are so many other families in need of great speech therapists like you.
To Amy & Dawn: I cannot believe this day has come. I have been coming to your office every single week for the last eight years. You have changed my kids in so many ways and created so many memories. I can never begin to repay you for what you have done with Evan, Paige, and Griffin. This has been a very long road, having all three of my kids in speech therapy, but I a so glad to have shared this road with you.
I wish you both nothing but success and I am confident that only great things will come to you with aim2achieve. You have changed my family forever and there are so many other families in need of great speech therapists like you. I could never have done this without you and I hope you understand how very important you are to our lives.
Please know how much we love you guys. It is going to be very weird to not see you week after week. We may need to come back one day, but right now it is such a part of our normal routine. We will miss you very much! ~ Many thanks, Amy, Evan, Paige, & Griffin
“You are the most gifted speech pathologist I have ever worked with.
Dear Amy, I am writing this letter to thank you for all of the work you have done to help my boys. I would love for all of your patients to hear my story on how my sons succeeded with you as their Speech-Language Pathologist.
As you know, I have known you on many levels. We are personal friends, professional colleagues and former co-workers. In being an audiologist, I was aware of the speech language milestones my son should be reaching at a certain age. However, as a parent, it is sometimes hard to see that your child is not meeting those milestones when they should be. I remember the tough decision to have my oldest son evaluated by Early Intervention at almost 2 years old. Although intellectually I knew he had some speech delays, I was unaware of the emotions it would stir up when I was told they did actually exist. I turned to you because by seeing you in action with your existing patients and their parents, there was no other person I wanted to work with my son. I was already aware of the dedication, determination, professionalism, compassion and intelligence that you put forth in every therapy session. I knew that you treated each your patients, as they were your own children and each parents as if they were part of your family. You recognized the individual traits that made my son special and determined the most effective therapy plan to maximize the benefits received in his therapy sessions. We were very lucky that my older son met his goals quite quickly and I truly believe it was because of you.
Several years later, my younger son was not meeting his speech and language milestones. I immediately turned to you for advice and speech therapy. Yet again, you connected to my child unlike any person had before. Your true excitement about his progress in his sessions was so genuine. We were lucky to have you in my life.
As that I am in a very closely related field to you, I have had the opportunity to work with many speech pathologists in my 13 years of being an Audiologist. You are the most gifted speech pathologist I have ever worked with. You are able to provide valuable insight on difficult cases and an integral component on a multidisciplinary team. Your personality is dynamic and your dedication for furthering your education is unparalleled. I refer all people I come in contact to you.
I am overjoyed that you are now practicing at aim2achieve. I am confident aim2achieve will provide the most comprehensive assessment with specialized therapy for all the populations you serve. I wish so much success in the future! ~ Sincerely, Stefanie H. Perle, Au.D., CCC-A, FAAA
